The Shop

The shop sells newspapers, magazines, dairy and plenty of regular groceries, alongside a wide range of locally sourced products: jams, chutneys, cheeses, butters, ice-creams, sausages and bacon, home-made cakes, scones, local vegetables (in season), pies, pastries, wines and ales.

We have about 25 local suppliers (local suppliers list here). There’s always something new and interesting.

We stock a delicious range of sandwiches, plus we offer our own bakery – lots of varieties of bakes and pastries are baked on site every day, including sausage rolls, pasties and vegetarian savouries.

The shop also sells tickets for Milland’s extensive programme of local events, such as the Bonfire Night, Milland Rural Fair, Rude Mechanical Theatre etc. (Please note: tickets for local events need to be paid by cash)

Product update on 20th October 2023: 

• The popular locally made Mud Pies are back in our chiller, lots of flavour to choose from. Fruit pies are also available.
• Locally grown apple, pear and cabbages are now in.
• Wide range of gifting products are now on display in the shop including an increased range of non-food gifts, mostly of local origin.
