The Café
NEW IN 2024!! We now serve hot pizza from Faretti Bakery! Please preorder as there is a prep time of around 20 mins
Our café seats 15 inside, with more seating available on the terrace overlooking the sports field and the children’s play area.
We have a wide range of coffees and a large selection of teas and cold drinks on our menu. Our cream teas and home made cakes bring customers back from miles away. We also serve light breakfasts and lunches like bacon baps, toasties, soups, home made quiche, hot sausage rolls, pasties and sandwiches. Vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options are available, however, they are limited, so please call ahead to make sure we have them in when you’re coming!
The Café has been a popular pit stop for walkers and cyclists.
Groups are most welcome, but please let us know that you are coming if you are a group of 8 or above so we can make sure we have enough staff and hot food available for you. You can also pre-order your food.
We also welcome book clubs, smaller birthday parties etc.
Dogs are welcome on our terrace, however they are not allowed in the shop/café area inside sadly.
If you don’t have time to stop and enjoy your food and drink in our café, most of our items are available as takeaway.
